I created Sport Domination so that athletes like yourself or parents of aspiring athletes that want to be the best they can be, have a road map to peak performance.

Why is this needed? Well...let me tell you a story.

I was very close to being able to claim the title of elite athlete.  The problem is that I never quite achieved that coveted title. Why? Lots of reasons, but the most important one was...

When I was growing up, there was no unified guidance for athletes. Many countries had started sports aptitude testing programs that identified elite athletes in elementary school and offered specialized coaching. These countries had sports aptitude assessments that helped athletes focus on the type of training and conditioning needed for their sport. Back then and even now the US was way behind and really has never caught up. Our coaching and conditioning programs are either usually led by volunteers in youth sports, and even in junior high and high school the coaches are not always the most knowledgeable. No one even knew that there were athlete assessments that could help predict who would excel at a given type of sport.

My story is no different that a million other young athletes. Every athlete dreams of being a star elite athlete.

I grew up in Columbus Ohio, and like most Ohio boys, dreamed of playing for Ohio State and the pros.

I was always one of the biggest kids in my class, but lacked the co-ordination and speed to totally dominate my sport.

In Junior High school, I excelled at football and was always chosen for the all star teams, but was never the best player on my team.

A knee injury ended my dreams of playing college ball, however I also wrestled and won my weight class in the City of Columbus.

It was during my junior high and high school years that, in my quest to excel in my sports, I fell in love  with strength training, exercise physiology, and the exploding field of sports performance.

I attended Ohio State and continued to train, and play sports, but not at the college level.

After graduation, I could not shake the desire to compete at a higher level, so I sought out a former Pan Am games gold medalist, Tom Rouff, and asked him to train me in Olympic Lifting.

Within one year of training I placed second in the State of Ohio Junior Weightlifting championships. A second knee operation set me back, and although the Orthopedic surgeon told me that I would be crippled by 40, if I kept competing, I didn't listen, and went on to win the state championship in the super heavyweight division.

Between my blown back and knees, the pain of training heavy was so intense that I retired the next year.

I was 27 years old and had the back and knees of a 60 year old man.

But...do not feel bad for me!  I made those choices and do not regret it to this day. The only regret that I have is that it took me well into my 30's before I identified the sport that I was meant to excel at. By then I had torn my body up so badly that I had missed my chance to compete at the highest level.

I am here in front of you today because now, I'm too old to play the sports that I love. Those days are long gone, but... I want to share the secrets that I have learned over my lifetime of research, training, competing, and training others, so that you, or your son or daughter, doesn't have to spin their wheels in frustration. Athletic careers are over in the blink of an eye.

You don't have a second to waste!

By the way...after graduating from Ohio State, I went on the earn my Masters In Education with an emphasis on Health and Sport Performance from University of Cincinnati.

Throughout my sports career, which lasted until I was 40, when my knees really did give out, I studied sports performance and exercise physiology.

I was one of the first in the midwest to conceptualize and open a privately funded medically based testing and training center for elite athletes and executives, called the Human Performance Institute.

So...what I bring to you is not just my own experience, but years of scientific research, working with other elite athletes, as well as trial and error.

There really is a secret road map to Sport Domination and peak performance. The key is in assessing one's ability and choosing the sport that one has the best chance of dominating, and gaining access to the training programs that enhance one's performance.

So...You have a critical choice to make:
